Al-Raqqa council opens new center on frist anniversary
On the occasion of the first anniversary of the founding of al-Raqqa Civil Council, the Council opened a new center and commemorated them during a ceremony.
On the occasion of the first anniversary of the establishment of al-Raqqa Civil Council , al-Raqqa Civil Coincil was cleberated in its new center in al-Raqqa city located between the old and new al-Raqqa bridges.
A members of al-Raqqa Civil Council and the co-chairs of the Council attened the ceremony . The opening ceremony was held by the Chairman of the Reconstruction Committee Abdullah al-Arian, in which he recalled the Director of Public Relations of the Council, Omar Alloush, and said: "Martyr Omar Allosh has great credit for this Council and for al-Raqqa city."
Abdullah al-Arian said that the great credit to return to al-Raqqa city and the establishment of a council that serves the people belongs to the martyrs who gave their lives in order to liberate the peoples.
The band was cut by Martyrs' Families Council and al-Raqqa Civil Council began its second year in al-Raqqa city.
